Bodymind*
Transformational Coach
I guide clients to deep change and lasting transformation by working with both mindset and the nervous system.
*Bodymind
/bɒd.imaɪnd/
noun
1. Bodymind is the living unity of body and mind, recognising that thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are embodied processes that arise through the whole organism, not just the brain.
My Approach
Do you already understand yourself well, but still feel stuck?
Often the issue isn’t insight or motivation. It’s that change challenges something deeper — your sense of identity, the roles you’ve adapted to, the ways your nervous system has learned to stay safe.
That’s why we don’t work at the level of strategy or behaviour alone.
As a somatic coach, I pay attention not only to what you think, but to what happens in your body — tension, breath, hesitation, activation. These patterns often hold the key to lasting change.
Alongside this embodied work, we explore the psychological and systemic forces shaping your life.
The aim isn’t self-optimisation.
It’s coherence — so your thinking, values and actions align, and change feels grounded rather than forced.
Michael de la Bedoyere is an ICF level 2 certified Somatic Coach and a DCV-certified Systemic Coach, with further training in Anti-Burnout & Resilience Coaching, Jobcoaching, Neurodiversity in Coaching (ICF), Coaching Outdoors (ICF).
Are you ready to make a change?
Who I work with?
I work with thoughtful, self-aware people who are ready to question themselves — not just their circumstances. Some clients come with clear goals, others with a feeling of stuckness. What they share is a willingness to look inward and a readiness for real development.
I can help you:
Clarify what you truly want — beyond expectation or pressure
See the patterns that keep repeating in your life
Work through self-doubt and inner conflict
Make decisions that feel grounded and aligned
Navigate change without overwhelming your nervous system
Reconnect with a sense of direction and vitality
Sometimes we focus on practical steps. Sometimes we go deeper. Most often, we do both — in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
