Do you already understand yourself well, but still feel stuck?

Often, the issue isn’t insight or motivation. Change challenges something deeper — your identity, the roles you’ve adapted to, and the patterns your body has learned to stay safe.

That’s why I don’t work at the level of strategy or behaviour alone.

As a somatic coach, I pay attention not only to your thoughts, but also to your lived, embodied experience — your emotions, your sense of aliveness, and the subtle impulses that arise in the moment. By staying with these experiences, we begin to access a deeper inner knowing that arises through the body and often holds the key to lasting transformation.

Alongside this embodied work, we explore the psychological and relational forces shaping your life.

It’s coherence — so your thinking, values and actions align, and change feels grounded rather than forced.
