About Michael
Michael de la Bedoyere is a certified Somatic Coach and Systemic Coach with a coaching practice in Berlin, Germany. He works with people who feel stuck, at a crossroads or who want a deep, lasting change in their lives.
He believes that change happens when insight meets action—and both are grounded in the whole person. His work is inspired by approaches that honor mind-body unity, including modern neuroscience and psychology, as well as Eastern wisdom traditions.
His commitment is to provide a space of compassionate presence—being fully attentive, curious, and responsive to each client.
His passion is to support people in becoming their most authentic, fulfilled, and purpose-driven selves.
Michael’s clients appreciate his authenticity, empathy and playfulness.
His personal journey has weaved and wobbled—from flirting with corporate life, to pursuing a PhD in Intellectual History, to discovering psychology and spirituality and exploring the deeper currents of human experience.
Outside of sessions he loves spending time with his partner and their wonderful daughter, playing acoustic blues guitar, cooking Southern Asian food, hiking in nature and expertimenting with fermentation.
