Align your goals with your body’s wisdom and deeper potential

Many people know how to set goals.
But goals alone rarely create lasting change. We push ourselves for a while, but eventually motivation fades—or life pulls us in another direction.

Real transformation happens when our goals are aligned with something deeper: our purpose, our values, and the wisdom your body already holds about the direction life is inviting you toward. That’s why my coaching isn’t just about strategy or motivation—it’s about creating alignment that feels authentic and sustainable.

Coaching, for me, revolves around two essential questions:

What do you want from life?
What might life be asking of you?

In our sessions, we will explore both your thinking and your body’s signals—your tension, ease, curiosity, and resistance—to uncover what changes will truly stick.

My role as a coach is to help you discover that alignment—so the changes you make are not only ambitious, but truly yours.

How Does It Work

I guide coaching sessions around four core principles that ensure transformation feels natural, grounded, and aligned with your life:

Potential-Oriented

Goals matter—but even more important is the potential that wants to emerge in your life. My coaching involves stepping into the unknown— where the most exciting discoveries happen, often revealed through what your body already knows.

Client-Directed

You are the expert of your own life. You bring the topics, dreams, or challenges that matter most, and I guide, support, and offer tools along the way. This keeps sessions flexible, creative, and focused on what truly matters to you.

Somatic

We pay attention to the connection between your mind and body. Your body often holds clues about stress, emotions, and intuition. By noticing these signals, we unlock insights that make change feel natural, embodied, and sustainable.

Systemic

We look at your situation in the context of your relationships, environment, and the systems you’re part of. This perspective helps uncover patterns, explore new options, and create meaningful, lasting change.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

— Carl Rogers

A Typical Session

There is no typical session! Every client is unique, so I respond to your needs in the moment. Most sessions, however, follow a loose structure: a beginning, a middle, and an end.

Beginning: We start by exploring the topic you want to work on and setting a session goal. Some clients like to begin with a brief meditation or grounding exercise to connect with their body and mind.

Middle: We dive into the work using experiential, experimental, and somatic techniques tailored to your needs. Depending on the topic, I may introduce tools from Hakomi, Focusing, Constellations, or systemic coaching—all designed to uncover patterns, explore possibilities, and create insights that feel real and embodied.

End: We reflect on what you’ve discovered and what you want to take away. This includes practical next steps and embodied insights, helping the session’s impact last beyond our time together.

FAQs

  • If you’re willing to reflect, question patterns, and try new ways of being, coaching can help you uncover clarity, align your goals with your deeper potential, and create lasting change.

You don’t need to have everything figured out—what matters is curiosity, openness, and a readiness to engage with both your mind and your body in the process of transformation.

  • Standard sessions are scheduled for 75 minutes. Depending on the work we do—especially experiential or somatic exercises—we may end a little earlier or extend slightly, which I always discuss with you in advance to ensure the session feels right for you.

  • Fees are agreed individually based on the scope of your work. Where possible, I offer a sliding scale to ensure coaching is accessible and fair, so we can find an arrangement that works for you.

  • It depends on you and what you’d like to work on. For a single, focused issue, good progress can often be made in just 3 sessions. Many clients choose 6–10 sessions to explore their topic in greater depth.

For longer-term growth or bigger life changes, we can create a custom plan that evolves with you, supporting ongoing insight, alignment, and transformation. I always set clear expectations at the start, so we can focus on realistic outcomes and make the most of our time together.

If you’d like ongoing support for longer-term growth or bigger life changes, we can also create a custom plan that evolves with you over time.

  • Before we begin our work together, we’ll have a consultation to explore your needs, goals, and expectations. After that, I provide a detailed document outlining a framework for our sessions and offering practical suggestions on how to approach the work.

You don’t need to prepare anything else—just bring curiosity, openness, and whatever matters most to you in the moment. This ensures our sessions are focused, meaningful, and tailored to you from the very start.

  • The frequency depends on your individual needs. At the start of coaching, weekly sessions are typical to build momentum. As progress is made, we often shift to bi-weekly or monthly sessions. Some long-term clients choose to check in a few times a year to maintain alignment and support ongoing growth.

  • Yes, you can! My partnership with the wonderful team at Fired Up Space means you can get up to 16 sessions paid for by the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter (depending on approval by your case worker).

  • Coaching and therapy can feel similar—both provide space to explore and grow. The key difference is focus: coaching is oriented toward the present and future. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, my work is somatic and experiential, helping you uncover insights, shift patterns, and create transformation without a clinical approach.
