Jobcoaching FAQs

What’s the difference between your jobcoaching approach and your normal coaching?

There isn’t a big difference. However, when we’re working on job- and career-related topics, I’m more likely to draw upon specific career and jobcoaching tools, e.g. to help you connect to your strengths, values, interests etc.

Is your jobcoaching structured?

Generally, no — though I offer some structured biographical and strengths-based exercises in the early sessions if that’s helpful to my client.

Can you help me with my CV and cover letter?

Yes, I can! With several years of experience as a career specialist, I’m happy to provide application feedback to clients. That said, it’s not the core focus of my work—I usually offer it as an optional addition for clients who are ready to take practical next steps.

Do you offer in-person jobcoaching?

Yes, I do. I offer nature coaching in the Wuhlheide (Schöneweide). I find that nature is a fantastic co-facilitator in a coaching process.

Are you a careers advisor?

No, I’m not. As a coach, I focus on helping clients discover their own answers rather than giving advice. If you’re looking for a career advisor or industry-specific guidance, I might not be the best fit.
